Minimum Billing:
$50.00 per order. $25 minimum if paid by credit card. All samples and orders less than $25.00 incur a shipping and processing fee of $6.50

Price Protection:
Written quotations are firm for 30 days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Freight:
freight allowed on orders of $2,500 or more (one shipment to one destination). All others prepay and add.
Packaging:
Standard commercial packaging. Contact factory for special packaging.
Shipping:
FOB West Columbia, SC
Shipping will be surface carriers selected by Ripley Lighting Controls. Charges for special carriers and/or shipping mode will be charged to the customer.
Delivery:
Stock to 4 weeks after receipt of order (ARO)
Claims for shortages must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Claims for damages incurred in transit must be made within 10 days.
Return Goods Policy:
All material returned to the factory must be authorized with an RGA number. Material must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipment will not be accepted.
Warranty:
All Ripley Lighting Control products are covered by a limited warranty. If a Ripley Lighting Control product fails due to manufacturing defect within the product's warranted period, Ripley will choose to either replace or repair the lighting control unit. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse or lighting strikes. Ripley Lighting Controls assumes no further liability with respect to the sale of use of this product. This warranty is in lieu of other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability. Ripley Lighting Controls makes no warranty with respect to the suitability of the user's particular application. This warranty gives the user specific legal rights.
